By creating an account, accessing the apticonnect dashboard, or integrating any apticonnect code on your website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
apticonnect provides digital publishers and advertisers with ad serving technology, hosted lead generation forms, and custom engagement flow tools. Our Services include but are not limited to:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. apticonnect reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel access at our sole discretion.
To access certain features, you must submit an application and be approved by apticonnect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
apticonnect reserves the right to approve or reject any publisher application for any reason, including but not limited to content quality, traffic volume, niche suitability, and policy compliance.
Advertisers who participate in the apticonnect network agree to provide accurate campaign details, comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, and pay for leads and impressions as outlined in their individual insertion orders or platform agreements.

Earnings are calculated based on the performance metrics defined for each product (CPM for ad serving, per-lead for lead forms, per-qualified-connection for engagement flows). apticonnect pays publishers on a Net-30 basis, with payments issued monthly for the prior period's verified earnings. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Advertisers are invoiced based on their agreed-upon pricing model (CPM, CPC, CPL, or CPA). Payment terms are specified in individual agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in your contract.
All content, technology, code, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials associated with apticonnect are owned by apticonnect or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our code and tools solely for the purpose of participating in the apticonnect network as described in these Terms.
Publishers retain full ownership of their original website content. By using the Services, you grant apticonnect a non-exclusive license to display advertisements, lead forms, and engagement flows on your approved properties.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to the terms outlined therein. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of apticonnect complies with all applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apticonnect makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings, traffic, or ad fill rates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, apticonnect and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to or by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless apticonnect and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time with written notice. apticonnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, any outstanding verified earnings will be paid according to our standard payment schedule, provided the account is in good standing.
apticonnect may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
